Price and practical questions

How much does a dessert food truck cost?
The price has three lines: €3,90 incl. VAT per piece, 100 pieces minimum, and transport — €100 flat across the 19 Brussels municipalities, then €1,00 per kilometre beyond. Every 100 units includes one hour of service; an extra hour is €60. A booking in Brussels therefore starts at €490,00 incl. VAT, transport included. The configurator shows the amount before you book.
What is the difference between the Velo Truck and the foodtruck?
The Velo Truck is a cargo tricycle: it travels to Brussels and anywhere in Belgium, indoors as well as outdoors. The APE Foodtruck (Piaggio 3-wheel) and the Car Foodtruck (Aixam diesel) serve Brussels only. Outside Brussels the configurator therefore offers the Velo Truck; bringing the truck to the provinces is looked at case by case, depending on the venue.
Do I need to provide crockery or staff?
No. Our own team runs the counter, and a pastel de nata is eaten by hand: napkins and paper cups are included. Your staff is never called upon.
Can I hire the food truck outside Brussels?
Yes, up to 400 km. Transport is charged per kilometre and appears in the configurator as soon as you enter the address. Orders go in steps of 100 pieces from 100 up; there is no upper limit, everything travels in crates in the van. A quote stays valid for 15 days.

Weddings, hen and stag parties, birthdays, christenings, communions, retirement parties, housewarmings. The truck parks where you are and serves pastéis de nata — the dessert nobody expects and everybody remembers.

Companies and organisations

Staff parties, team buildings, seminars, conferences, trade fairs, product launches, office openings, client days. We invoice your company, VAT number and Peppol e-invoicing included, and a quote can be issued before you commit.

How it works

  1. You configure Place, vehicle, date, pastries and drinks. The price updates as you go.
  2. You choose how to confirm Pay online straight away, or download a quote with our bank details and pay by transfer.
  3. We come to you Everything is baked the same morning in our Brussels workshop and served on site.

Where we travel

We serve the 19 Brussels municipalities at a flat travel fee, and the rest of Belgium at cost per kilometre: Walloon and Flemish Brabant, Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven, Liège, Namur, Charleroi, Mons, Bruges, Mechelen, Hasselt and everywhere in between.
