You give us an address and a time, we turn up. No caterer to brief, no dishes to return, no kitchen to book. The truck parks, serves, and leaves — the surprise lasts as long as it needs to and leaves nothing to clear away.
Outside an Airbnb rented for the weekend, in a courtyard, beside a park, on a venue car park: we need an accessible spot with room to park. The velo truck is more compact and gets where a van cannot — useful in a city centre or a narrow street.
Orders start at 100 pieces, which suits a group of around fifteen who go back for seconds — and there is always some left for the next day. At €3.90 a piece, a surprise for fifteen people stays within a brunch budget, with far more impact.

The 100-piece minimum still applies. For ten people that is generous — but pastéis de nata keep very well for 48 hours and reheat in three minutes in the oven.

Yes, and that is the most common booking: the dessert food truck serves the dessert, not the meal. Orders start at 100 pieces, in steps of 100, at €3,90 incl. VAT per piece — transport included, from €490,00 incl. VAT in Brussels. Every 100 units includes one hour of service.
