We work around your timing, not the other way round. You give us the break time and its length: the truck is hot and ready when the doors open, and service flows across the whole slot without queues when the window is sized correctly. For a multi-day conference we can come back each day.
We operate outside seminar venues, hotels and coworking spaces, in Brussels as well as Wallonia and Flanders. The truck carries its own power: nothing to connect on your side, which avoids technical discussions with the venue. All we need is an authorised, reachable spot.
At €3.90 per piece including VAT, a break for 80 delegates comes to less than most premium break packages billed by conference centres, travel included. Orders start at 100 pieces in steps of 100, and every 100 pieces includes one hour on site — comfortably enough for a thirty-minute break.

Yes. Note it in the order comments: we either stay on site between the two or come back, whichever suits your venue. Extra hours beyond the included ones are charged at €60.
A pastel de nata contains egg, milk and gluten, and is vegetarian. It does not suit gluten-free or vegan diets. Tell us your constraints and we will say plainly whether our offer fits your group.
Yes. Tick the option when ordering and give your company number: the electronic invoice goes out over the Peppol network, in addition to the PDF sent by email.
Yes, and that is the most common booking: the dessert food truck serves the dessert, not the meal. Orders start at 100 pieces, in steps of 100, at €3,90 incl. VAT per piece — transport included, from €490,00 incl. VAT in Brussels. Every 100 units includes one hour of service.
